Hello @sukomal and welcome to the Community. Riding over uneven roads can cause these false steps. Your Fitbit doesn't "know" that you are in a car. The sensors sense the motion patterns and analyze them. If you didn't get too many steps, then I usually don't recommend doing anything about it. Sometimes your Fitbit will miss steps, too. It tends to even out. AZMs come directly from your heart rate. Again, your Fitbit tracks your heart rate and analyzes it.
