I bought the Luxe as it was stated battery life was at least 5 days. Mine last barely 36 hours. Very disappointed for such an expensive product.
I do love everything else about it.

I'm having the same problem. Not ideal when trying to track my daily step count. It cuts out about 50% now and won't turn back on till I put it on charge. Unfortunately, I don't carry the charger round with me all day but maybe I should now! I've only had it about 6 months. Not impressed at all.

Thanks for the reply, I did think I had a faulty one. I had in charge yesterday evening for about 5 hours and I will probably have to charge again tonight or tomorrow. Feel a bit cheated when it did say approx 5 day charge. Paid £179.00 for this just before Xmas.

I’m having the same issue. Mine would die in 3 short hours- FitBit sent me a new one and now it’s only lasting a couple of days but having other issues too

I’m glad they replaced your original one. I am now trying to plug into charger each time I remove it for a shower and whilst I’m sitting down not doing much. Never the less it still goes flat every couple of days. When I first purchased an Alta around 5 years ago that was really good and did last around 5 days. I only replaced as it got older it didn’t retain its charge. It’s all a bit frustrating isn’t it.
