turn off with no reason

Smart Watch Lux. I bought this watch two years ago, about a month ago they started to turn off for no reason and most often during working out, even if they are charged to 100 percent. I tried to restart them, reset them to factory settings, changed the face, but they turn off more and more often now up to 4 times a day. I really want to put them on one stone and slap another. Do you have any advice on what else can be done until I look for stones.

Mine is doing the same and seems to shut off any time I get ANY notification. I really with Fitbit would reply to these issues... there are threads full of people with the same problem. Maybe they do not care about losing customers. I have tried all the fixes... restarting, cleaning contact, changing clock face, running battery down... NOTHING works. Truly lousy customer service. I would think if it was a software fix, then customers would be told that. Is this an occurring problem if customer did not migrate account to Google? Blatantly and purposefully ignoring customer questions and concerns drives buyers elsewhere. Sad because I have been a Fitbit user through 3 devices.
