I have a 1,000 calorie deficit goal per day set. I have ate 1,134 calories today so far and burned 2,711. Fitbit says I still have 954 calories left in my budget to eat to stay within my target area. So I'm under budget by 954 calories currently. Thing is, I'm not hungry. If I don't eat anything else tonight (it's 7:45pm where I live), I'll have about a 1500 calorie deficit. Is that OK? I don't want my metabolism to slow down and stop or hinder my weight loss. I feel fine, no hunger, no irritibility, don't feel like I need to eat at all. Any advice? I'm 4'11 and 130 pounds, female, 22 years old.

If your precious body tells its fine and feeling needing to force feed yourself, trust your body. it can have all nutrition it needs not needing more yet. it let know with appetite and hunger signals when needing more.
It's possible eated more than logged, foods can contain up to 20% more or less calories than mentioned on the package. It's not possible to know, your body knows when listening to.
The plan can say there's calories left to eat though depending on how much eated previously, quality of the foods eaten and the time of eating your body may or may not be hungry yet.
Use the plan as guidance to change food habits, try honor your body signals to and see how it goes.
Eat until comfortable satisfied not stuffed. If feeling stuffed it means eated to much, if stopping when eating until comfortable satisfied at every meal, it becomes more naturally to stop automatically when eated just enough, not needing more.
Natural foods without labels give the body all nutrition it needs on lower calories overall. No good or bad foods, though careful with preprocessed foods as mostly sugar is added to want more even if not hungry anymore.

you would have to eat at that deficit for a long time in order for your metabolism to slow down- a day or two won't do that. If you don't feel hungry, lethargic, tired, slow thinking then you should be OK. I don't think everyday should be this way, but once or twice per week with other days being higher isn't going to have a negative impact on your weight loss.

I would like to encourage you to do some tedious things to see what's really going on with your diet.
1. If you're logging your food here, try also logging it on Cronometer - it's an easy enough to use site that will show you how you're micronutrient levels are. You may not be hungry - and if you're getting enough nutrients, no need to force yourself to eat. But - if you need more of this vitamin or that mineral - it may be a good idea to rethink your meals the next day to be sure you're getting what you need.
Now - what does your body need? Great question! That will be different for all of us. You'll have to do some digging to figure that out. But - crazy as it sounds, I'd trust the FDA on nutrient level requirements.

I'd say that it might be a bit unhealthy to have such a high deficit. The safest that is recommended is 500-1,000. At that deficit, you'll be losing 1-2 pounds per week, which is a lot to do already. You probably should eat some more, and if you want to maintain the deficit, exercise some more. But definitely eat a bit more, because it'll do you more good than harm, which is contrary to popular belief.
