Im and avid gym rat. and do keto lifestyle. since I got the fit bit I average about 22,000 steps daily and 7-9miles during an 8hr shift. I do about 1-1 1/2 hr at the gym and 20 min on the treadmill i dont run, jog. I walk at an incline 13-15 @ 3.5 or 3.0 speed. Long story short no six pack and body fat still high I have a good upper and legs getting good size and cuts but mid section is bad my gut is stubburn. am i doing something wrong? with the stats from fitbit i thought i should be in a way different level.

It takes a couple of steps. Not just cardio. Sure you can run 22,000 steps, but dieting, pump iron and personal training are three other things to work on. A poor diet (donuts, cookies, chocolate, candy, etc.) won't help you kill off fat towards a six pack. A good diet (portion controlled clean eating) will. Your cardio is good but weight lifting and personal training are the other two to work on. Many training programs like Fitstar would tell you how much dumbbell lifts you should do, what exercises encompass the buildup of a sixpack. Personal training on the abs including crunches and obliques work on the fat percentage towards the six pack. Not just weight loss alone. These are the determined figures from Wikipedia:
Description Women Men
| Essential fat | 10–13% | 2–5% |
| Athletes | 14–20% | 6–13% |
| Fitness | 21–24% | 14–17% |
| Average | 25–31% | 18–24% |
| Obese | 32%+ | 25%+ |

Check on your personal training routine. There's several abs strengthening exercises online to do. Many keep telling me it's stretched skin, but there's many that have lost it by doing abs strengthening and other routine exercises.
