Did you mean:

500 calories

Why does my fitbit app tell me I can only eat 500 calories a day? LOL anytime I try to log food I'm always over. By lunch time it says I am over my budget. Please help.

Your calorie burn is too low.  The fitbit should be counting your base metabolic rate also -- it appears not to be counting the BMR.  Sorry I don't know why that would happen.

What do you mean it's too low? I usually burn 2500 daily on my app.

Are you sure you correctly set up your tracker profile with gender, age, height, and weight? The BMR, calorie burn, etc., are based on those settings.
