AFTER the weight loss

What to do once you lose the weight and now you're left with saggy skin???  Is surgery the only option?  I lost 61 lbs, so not enough to have a ton of extra skin or anything, just enough sagginess/wrinkliness to bother me.  Is there anything I can do about this, and preferably quickly?

Lifting weights is the only thing I've heard of that sounds plausible, even though it hasn't helped me much.  I lost 125 lbs; have similar problems with saggy skin.  Time has helped a little (I've been in the same weight range for approximately 18 months), but not much.  I think the only option that would get me in a really good place is to go surgical, but I'm reluctant to do that.  I'm not a fan of elective surgery that involves anesthesia.

I've heard that the It Works wraps help with this problem.  I've never tried them but have seen some pics of people with similar problems with good results.  I'm going to try them for my HS reunion this summer, but just working out and trying to eat right in the mean time. Smiley Happy
