Hello all! My name is Kelly and I am from Rochester, New York... Well actually I am from Detroit, Michigan, but I have been living in upstate New York for 2 years. I work full time, am currently working on a doctorate degree, and I am in a relationship. My life is super busy, but I have some weight to lose. I am about 200 lbs, and I am trying to get down to 156. I tend to start a program, get bored, and quit if I don't see results. I lost 50 lbs a couple of years ago, but I lost my motivation. Has anyone else experienced this? Is anyone looking for an accountability buddy?
Best AnswerHey there Kelly, I was once where you were. A scant 18 months ago I was 250 pounds and pretty miserable. Today I'm 183 lbs and approaching 10% body fat. I managed to lose 70 pounds of fat and put on 20 pounds of lean muscle mass!
I've been pretty succesful and have a very solid methodology for losing fat and putting on muscle, and have helped serveral women accomplish their weight and fitness goals.
