Accountability Buddies?

Hello all! My name is Kelly and I am from Rochester, New York... Well actually I am from Detroit, Michigan, but I have been living in upstate New York for 2 years. I work full time, am currently working on a doctorate degree, and I am in a relationship. My life is super busy, but I have some weight to lose. I am about 200 lbs, and I am trying to get down to 156. I tend to start a program, get bored, and quit if I don't see results. I lost 50 lbs a couple of years ago, but I lost my motivation. Has anyone else experienced this? Is anyone looking for an accountability buddy?

Hey there Kelly, I was once where you were.  A scant 18 months ago I was 250 pounds and pretty miserable.  Today I'm 183 lbs and approaching 10% body fat.  I managed to lose 70 pounds of fat and put on 20 pounds of lean muscle mass!

I've been pretty succesful and have a very solid methodology for losing fat and putting on muscle, and have helped serveral women accomplish their weight and fitness goals.

I'd be happy to help you with accountability and advice if you're interested.

Cheers.

Hey everybody, I could use an accountability partner. I have had this flex bit about a week and I am still figuring it out. I have had three back surguries and I am on Cymbalta and Lyrica for pain, which can cause weight gain. I am so down you could scrape me off the floor. I have been doing WW, but not seeing progress. I am walking at least 45 min a day and all of the excercises that PT recommend and then some. I don't know if it is my calorie in take or what. I am trying to keep it at 1100 cal. I am managing at least 7k steps. Anybody out there who can help?
