@Dilyla @K-Med @MyriamM924 @82MUCH Two Mondays have gone by. You need a plan on how you are going to support each other maybe? Are you going to check in and say if you have a new way to eat fewer calories, or have lost weight? Did you clean out your pantry of calorie laden food? Did you put some stuff out of sight at least? Dilyla, Can you think of something you do that is part of the problem for weight control that we could try to eliminate or do better. Maybe we could at least do one thing better. I think that if I ate 3 real meals, calorie controlled, but with adequate protein & other nutritious items, I might b e able to not eat between meals, or eat less between meals. Everything I eat between meals adds not very satisfying calories. Or I could swear to never buy frozen yogurt (Beyers Twisted dough, or whatever it is that is always soft, too delicious and too many calories.) I'm not going to buy any more junk like that. Calling it Lunch is silly. LOL Or I could sleep better the experts say, if I didn't have 6 ounces of wine at night. I'm going to cut back to 3 ounces. I have a wine glass with a line marking 3 ounces under tape on the outside. I can have 2 "glasses" of wine which seems much more generous than one 5 ounce glass of wine which is the accepted amount by definition. We could start a challenge about something?

I was looking up "lose 50" and came across your post. I want to lose 54 pounds. Just started getting serious last week. I'm at the check yourself before you wreck yourself part of this pandemic.
