Hey I just need some advice or workout suggestions to loose or flatten my lower stomach, I am in shape it's just the lower portion that refuses to go away.. I dont want to loose much more weight ... IDKKK any suggestions?
I do flutter kicks, russian twists, and crunches for my ab workouts. You will be working out so it's still going to be you burning calories but those workouts have helped me tone down my belly.
You will never be able to burn fat in spesiffick areas, so cardio, preferrably 4x4 intervals, and a modest caloric deficit, is the way to go, no matter where your fat is stored.
