Has anyone lost 1-2 lbs per week? I am working with a personal trainer and mostly watching what I eat. I've lost 5 lbs since July in 3 months, but I should of lost at least 12lbs.
Any suggestions how to use fibit charge hr and weight loss?

I usually lose on an average of 1 to 2 pounds a week. I noticed that I was losing more weight when I was fatter, but as I approach my goal weight, I noticed that it seems to be slowing down. I have about 15 more to go. Sometimes, I will not lose any weight for up to two weeks. I aso count every calorie and excercise regularly.

Same thing as @Trooper but also remember fat loss will not always show on the scale, you may go a week and not loose weight but drop inches. I have lost 36 pounds but also am down 4 pant sizes and lost 12 inches in my hips. That will always be the best way to see that you are progressing. 🙂

Let me preface by saying that I'm a senior citizen and female who was 60 lbs over and into the obese category at the start. It took me 90 days to drop the first 30 lbs., so just a bit over 2 lbs per week. My doctor told me to wait to start exercising until I lost some weight, so I didn't start with Fitbit until three months in. I have not been able to keep up the 2 lbs/week even with the added workouts. I attribute this to my age (old fat is more stubborn than young far <G>), I was more strict on my carb intake than I am as I intigrate more carbs (according to my doctor, carb intake tends to cause fluid retention), and thirdly, muscle weighs more than fat. Even though my current loss is 36 lbs. I have gone down three pant sizes. Do NOT give up. If an old gal like me can persevere, so can you. If your health allows it, try tweaking your diet. Lower your carbs while staying within your calorie range. Keep your Fitbit activity up so that you don't have to get your skin suit altered, PLUS, it's just so good for your joints and heart. Remember, exercise is good for you, but you cannot outrun your fork. Eating right is just as important.

Hi! I am Kenneth, I started off as 220 pounds or what we say here 104 KG, and it has been a month and I am now 94 KG with an intake of around 1500 calories a day. My workout plan is pretty simple 2 hours cardio a day with extra muscle plans aside especially on your abdominal area. Think of it this way say you want to lose 10 kg in 2 months, divide that by 8 your losing less than 1 kg per week, thats actually not that hard. I am losing around 5 lbs per week, and I have been through fat camp before, it always works!
