Hi
I have only been logging calories in vs out for 5 days but I am now feeling naff ...
Each day I am currently eating about 1500 under my calories burnt - basically I am eating just under or on my BMR. (I set my plan to 500 under but have mental health issues and my brain cannot just aim for that target it has to beat it and ensure there is plenty of leeway, otherwise I wont sleep)
Iwas not feeling too bad until today.
I was never intending this to be long term sustainable, but was hoping to kickstart my weight loss.
Should I try eating a bit more?
i have my wedding coming up in 2 weeks and simply wanted to lose a bit for it ( i am 17.5 stone)
The one thing that has difinitely happened is that I have been using fitbit for several weeks averaging about 15000 steps and i definitely feel fitter

I think if you are doing physical activity you should eat over your BMR. Remember, BMR is what your body needs to do your basic life functions. That would be without added exercise. If you are feeling unwell. Your body is definitely telling you something is up. If you are feeling sluggish or just not up to snuff it could very well be an issue with not enough calorie intake. That being said, it could be a wide range of other issues and it may not hurt to contact your physician.
