Hello,
I'd like your advice, please.
I'm a 56 year old woman, 5' 9". I always meet my goal of 12,500 every day, go to a pilates class every week and eat a healthy diet (no cakes, biscuits or alcohol), and using the calorie counter I am not over-consuming food.
But I'm about 7 pounds heavier than my BMI range and my body fat is 37%. About two years ago I lost the half stone, but since then it's crept back on and I just can't seem to shift. I've lost a grand total of 1 pound since the start of the year and I'm feeling very disheartened.
Any ideas or suggestions, please!

I would ask your DR what a healthy weight is for you. You are probably already there.
