Hi everyone!
Anyone out there do IF besides me? I've been doing it on and off since 2014.I finally figured out the right window for me and have been doing it every day as a lifestyle for a little over a year.
For me I started doing it for the health benefits and love the side effects of weightloss...lol 😁
Would love to hear how everyone else is doing.

@FastingGrammy I've just been doing 8 - 16 recently. I'm at least learning not to snack all the time. I don't have any of the health problems it is supposed to fix and I don't think I'm losing weight better yet. How much weight did you lose?

Hi Glenda! I started at about 230 and am now at 199. I have tried all of the windows at one time or another and have finally settled naturally at 22:2. I eat whatever I like in my window and pack quite a bit away...lol. That's one of the reasons I like IF.In the past if I ate a cheeseburger (or 2) I would feel incredibly guilty and then go off my diet entirely.
This doesn't feel like a diet to me at all. I eat what I like in my window until I'm full and I eat just how I ate before I started IF. I also have been dx'ed with Fibromyalgia since 2003 and when I started IF I felt soooo much better! To the point of where now I don't take any meds at all for it and I haven't had a fibro flare up in YEARS! Which is huge for me. I can't recommend it enough! 😊

I have been doing a 12-15 hour fast daily. Currently, it seems to be what works best for me.
