Wonder if anyone has any positive experience regarding weight loss when adding extra sleep mile 🙂

I believe it's well established sleeping longer (eg. 8-9 hours instead of 6-7) has many beneficial effects on your health, so it would be a good idea to sleep longer even if there were no need for weight loss. Actually, one thing I like about my Fitbit One is it makes me aware of the need to sleep longer.

I'll second the notion that more sleep is better than less - its when the body and brain do a lot of repair and maintenence work! In today's society most of us end up being sleep deprived - sleep longer, or have a nap when you can!
Plus, if we are sleeping or working out, we are not eating mindless calories!
