Anybody out there try Truvision?

Good morning! Anyone out there try Truvision? I'm not much for supplements but my BF and her mom have taken it with pretty good success. I've been on it a week but like most of that stuff, my concern is the loss won't last. I'll be honest, it's pretty great stuff - I have lots of energy but not the jittery kind and I've lost 4 lbs or so but I'm curious if anyone on here has tried it and whether or not you had success.

It's not about dieting, not about quick fixes (with supplements..).. dieting restricts certain foods or whole food groups.. when restricting, can lead to binge eating 'cause of forbidden a certain food for so long..

Dieting can lead to giving up, and in case dieting works.. when weighing less and less our bodies require less energy / nutritients to stay within the new weight range so it's not possible to eat as much as before (it's also not possible to go back to old habits after dieting since that would keep in a dieting cycle..)..

It's about changing food habits which over time become easier every day, taking over from the old habits.

Have everything with moderation, when being hungry, and fancy to have some cake? A piece of chocolat?.. Have with care (take a bit less than usual when wanted, enjoy the taste..).

Change food habits gradually, not everything at once.. try aiming to have foods provided by nature mostly of the time as minimal as processed (having everything else with care)..

Foods from nature have one ingredient (banana, apple, any fruits, vegetables, meats, eggs,..).. These foods are high in nutritients, while lower in calories overall.. our bodies can be satisfied with less calories overall but having all nutritients it needs in the moment (not asking for more).

Processed foods are okay to have, try to limit if possible when these contain ingredients on the package  not able to pronounce.. (if not able to pronounce it can't be that good for our bodies)..

Have fun reaching your goals Heart
