I have done in 3 weeks of logging my food and exercising with my fitbit what I had been trying to do for over six months of MARATHON training!
I am one pound away from being back in the one hundreds! If you could see the happy dance I'm doing right now!!!
As soon as the funds allow i'm getting an Aria scale too.
