Base Runner!

So, I am a Fitbit Base Runner.  Sweet, but I don't run.  I ran when I was in my late twenties and early 30's then stopped.  I am now 61 and I walk plenty, participate in Kickboxing, Ski, etc, but don't run.  I don't run because for some reason my legs still ache when I run.  So, I focus on elevating the treadmill at it's highest level (which burns more calories/hour then lower elevations) and at a good clip.  I started high with very slow walking, but now walk at a good clip, as my legs are strong!  I thank Fitbit for motivating me to reach all my daily goals and I do most every day.  I LOVE the color GREEN!

i got the same too just now the base runner... I'm not even a runner either lol
