I am still battling on & losing no weight, I have notices in my exercise graph it shows the majority of time I am exercising I am using cardio little fat burn it also shows where the fat burn area is my pulse rate has slowed down, I'm a bit confused does anyone know how I can stay in the fat burn zone longer?

your level of activity generates your pulse rate which generates the zone. the more intense your activity the higher the zone will be. if you are on a very brisk walk for about 30 minutes, you will be in fat burn for probably 3/4 of the time as pace generally fluctuates unless a treadmill is pushing you along. I also find doing interval cardio is better for overall maintenance of zones.
