Vitamix is a great resource: https://www.vitamix.com/find-recipes
I keep my garden window in my kitchen full of fresh fruit and whatever I have that is getting overripe I cut up, pop into a sandwich bag and put in my freezer. I also buy frozen fruit at Costco.
Some of my favorite combinations in the vitamix are:
a banana, a peach, eat out of a bowl or you can thin it with juice or whatever kind of milk you like as a smoothie
2 bananas, 1 tablesoon cocoa powder, 1 cup ice
1 or 2 cut up apples, 1/2 cup cranberries or frozen cherries, a few drops of stevia (just run on low until everything is just ground up together, I have this for lunch on top of lettuce

I just made this and it tasted like apple crisp.
2 medjool dates (pitted}
1or 2 apples (cut into 1/4th and cut out core)
cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
vitamix on low until blended chunky and scrape into bowl
or turn into a smoothie by adding 1 cup of whatever milk you like and 1 cup of ice and flip switch to high

What ever receipe you use always throw in some kale, spinch or swiss chard. You will not tast it and you will feel good about getting the greens. I also put in a tablespoon of either chia seeds or flax seed which ups the fiber. My usual is cup of frozen berries, cut apple ( just take out the core, leave the skin) and a scoop of veggie protien powder and then one cup of one of the greens.
No matter what else I do that day it makes me feel healthy.

Just for the record:
I don't add greens to everything- many are goitragenic and are not good on a daily basis for hypothyroids like me
also greens should be rotated, kale for a few days, then spinach, then beet greens, etc. They contain toxins to repel insects so don't get hooked on just one type.

I love my vitamix! I make a bread/muffin mixture
1.5 cups oatmeal
3/4 cups protein powder
2-3 bananas
3 egg whites
baking powder
pinch salt
milled flax seed
1/2 cup greek yogurt/ or cottage cheese
depending on the bananas you have to adjust the egg/yogurt amounts....the batter should be very wet but not very liquidy.
You can add in nuts, choc. chips, or cinnamon
Bake at 375 for 30 -40 minutes
No Flour or sugar!
