I have been really made a healthy living and exercising 6 days a week, so far lost 25 lbs. in about 12 weeks. Now need any advice on exercises that really help with lower abdomen.

If you mean you have "stubborn fat" in that area you want to get rid of, no exercise will specifically target that area (you can't "spot-reduce"). Fat reduction will come mainly from nutrition, though building muscle under the fat will be useful (revealed when the fat layer is thinner).
