Best AnswerYou should measure both to make sure you are remaining even, but you only enter one. When I measure clients I always measure both sides and then adapt exercises to make sure that both sides are as even as possible so they look good in a bathing suit 🙂

As far as I can see, the only body-related data the Android app will let you enter is weight and body fat. All the rest must be entered via the web-interface. Just had a look at my iPad: it seems it's the same with the iOS app.
