Body Measurements Query

ANSWERED
I'm not sure if I am being thick here or not but how do you enter your tape measure size arms (or legs) when the Body Measurements only has a box for one arm...???

Thank you in advance,

Yes, you only use 1, the predominate side.

You should measure both to make sure you are remaining even, but you only enter one. When I measure clients I always measure both sides and then adapt exercises to make sure that both sides are as even as possible so they look good in a bathing suit 🙂

That's good advice that I will keep in mind.

Thank you.

I have been looking for ever where to log this information. My GF has it under her log settings, but I do not... How do I add it?

Website - Log - Weight tab - Log Weight section - Log other measurements link.

App - I don't know, probably similar location.

As far as I can see, the only body-related data the Android app will let you enter is weight and body fat. All the rest must be entered via the web-interface. Just had a look at my iPad: it seems it's the same with the iOS app.
