Did you mean:

Blueberries are the new sweets!

After suffering from a summer cold last week, I was advised that blueberries are great for building your white blood cells and your immunity.  I started eating a punnet a day and havent been doing it long enough to notice any health benefits because the cold is going anyway.  I just wondered whether anyone else had tried this?

Also, the side benefit I noticed was that if you stick a punnet on your desk at work and pick at it all day, it is almost like having a packet of sweets but for millions less calories!  Does anyone else have anything like this they do to while the day away at work and beat emotion eating?

I love to eat frozen blueberries.  I will add them to 3/4 cup of plain greek yogurt and by midday they are defrosted and the juice flavors the yogurt.  Yum!

Havne't noticed any huge differences in nutrition, but I feel better about eating that then doritos.  🙂

@akdaisyI do the same but add them to Chobani no fat Greek yogurt which has double the protein of other yogurts. This link shows the protein including Oikos, of the high protein yogurts.
