Calorie Counter

I am currently on a food plan, which I try to get 500 less calories in than burned each day.

So.... On the daily food log tracker, does this include the 500?

Are you on a food plan through fitbit? If you made it through here and plugged in start weight and desired weight it should give you a calorie deficit to meet and it will adjust the "calories left" to fit it. So whatever it's telling you you have left to eat is what you want not 500 less than that. Hope that helps! 🙂

Did you select an option on Fitbit Food tab Food Plan area between Easy, Medium, Kinda Hard, Harder?

If you did, you hopefully read the amount of deficit before clicking Next, to see if you got the 500 cal deficit (which is Medium).

Using website - or app?

This is on website.

The Food tab has section with arrows to cycle through what's eaten, and what goal is based on.

Look at past completed day on Dashboard.

Look at tiles for Calories or Calories In / Out - notice the calories burned.

Now look at the Food Plan tile, with total eaten, and how far off goal you were.

Is the eating goal 500 different than the daily burn?
