It’s a goal set by Fitbit that is usually quite challenging. In other words, you may have reached your step goal for the day, your floor goal, your active minutes goal, but that may not suffice to reach the calories burned goal, even when it’s almost Midnight.
Whether or not reaching it will result in weight loss depends on how much you eat during the day. If you exceed the calories burned goal set by Fitbit, but eat even more than that, you (most likely) will not lose weight. OTOH, you may not reach your calories burned goal, but if you eat less than whatever you burned during the day, you should lose weight.
