Calories?

I don't count my calories in as I don't need to lose weight. However I see I'm "allowed" 1900 to "use" daily.  I Have NEVER been able to get it in the green zone either walking or biking. My question is: why aren't I gaining weight?

Haha. I eat plenty. I guess I'll never know unless I count calories in!  I just don't understand that I'd have to walk over 7 miles to use them

 Isn't that excessive for an old one? (70)😁
