@jaderho weight loss starts in the kitchen, so instead of focusing solely on what you are doing, I would be curious what "relatively good diet" is defined as. You need to eat within a caloric deficit in order to lose weight. If couple that with activity, it will give you an opportunity to eat a bit more, but if you are targeting weight loss, not overall fitness, you want to check in with good low fat high nutrition food choices.

You will certainly gain muscle with that regimen. Were you exercising at all prior to this? What percent of your current weight is 15kg?
As another poster said, weight loss starts with what you're putting on your plate. Do you know your current body fat%? Are you drinking plenty of water?
It is possible to eat too few calories to lose weight. Keep that in mind.

im currently 65kg, I'm unsure of my body fat %.
I drink at least 2L a day, and usually eat between 1,100 - 1,700 calories a day

Another note: you'll want to give your muscles a chance to recover, so you should NOT do all of that every day. You've heard "it's leg day" I'm certain... what that means is focus on upper body/core one day, make the next, cardio focused, then do legs the next day, and cardio the next. Take a day off, if you're very sore. Then repeat the cycle.
This way you're challenging/building muscle, and allowing recovery.
