Chia Seeds - Tips on how to incorporate into diet more?

I love the benefits of chia seeds but I am at a loss on how I can incorporate them into my meals. My standard way is to put them in my morning smoothie. I tried putting them in yogurt but I didn't like the texture too much.

 

Any other tips?

Hi CinkyPoo. Have you tried soaking them in water for 10-15 minutes to have them "plump up"? Not sure if putting them in "hard" was the texture issue, but that might help.

I eat them raw on savory foods, like salad. You can also try them as breading on protein, which I'm going to try next week. I heard you can also use it as an egg substitute, but I don't do much baking so I'm not sure how that works out.
