Hi Everyone!!! I am so happy to be involved in such a FUN Group of Fitness GURUs !!! I wanted to know if anyone would like to join my clean eating group challenge. I figure since we are all working at fitness , the hard part is we dont have a lot of clean eating and since I have developed a bunch of clean eating meal plans i thought we could all share our clean eating recipes or ideas with each other!!
The group involves Learning Portion Control ( like below) & Easy Quick Recipe Meal Plans.
Vegetables = 1 cup per serving
Fruit = 1 cup per serving
Protein = 3/4 cup per serving
Starches/Carbs = 1/2 cup per serving
Healthy Fats ( cheese, nuts,avocado) = 1/3 cup per serving
