@diamondles I have drank Vita Coco - usually I leave it for after a particularly long or strenuous workout. I have found they are great at rehydrating you with the natural electrolytes and added potassium. Recently I've gone to Coco Hydro (powder form you add to water yourself) and usually will have 24 ounces of water blended with it after my 10K+ runs.

Best Answer@diamondles I'm not much of a fan of the tase of coconut water, however the benefits of it are fantastic. SO, I use about 3/4 cup of coconut water in my smoothie each morning.
