Did you mean:

Coffee

ANSWERED

Hi. I'm logging my food intake. I was wondering if:

#1 - You include coffee with your water intake?

#2 - You include coffee with your food intake?

Thanks!

As for food intake I only count the creamer I put in it as I dont drink it black. It has 0 calories so I dont log the coffee itself

In my opinion you should record it all somewhere.  Why?

Sometimes you may find a pattern.  Mood changes, sleep changes, energy changes, water retention, cravings, weight stalls or even weight losses.   Looking at my log I can see if something like black coffee, green tea or diet soda's impact me in other ways.   I.e.  drinking too much diet cola can give me a restless night, but doesn't stall my weight loss or cause cravings.   So if I am craving something sweet, a diet cola is fine, but not too much or too close to bedtime.

As a child my mother did this and was able to track triggers of mine because I have chronic migraines.  Always best to log it all in some sort of way.
