You can begin first by detoxing your mind from the cumulative stress and negative influences you have experienced thus far. Our body is a reflection of our mind and if our mind is clouded with negativity, then a person tends to eat poorly. Every individual knows, when their minds are cleared of toxicity of what diet and exercise program they should be in. It's an inner knowing. It is only you who knows this; not everyone else. Once you know what you need to eat and exercise, then you can research the best approach to find the right food and the right volume of exercise.
Depends on the purpose of a detox:
Seriously, skip a detox and proceed directly to health. Eating right and exercising is the detox.

@purtygrlmoni I am curious why you think you need to detox. For what purpose? The act of activity, sweating, eating highly nutritional food is detox. You can start today.

Methinks this was one of those "what kinds of things do some people have" questions.

@WendyB - I tried, but for some reason the pictures have never been successfully developed.
Probably a good thing, wouldn't want to turn peoples' heads into stone.

Interesting topic, thank you for the recommendation @AlisonSkinnern!
As you've mentioned, this could come very useful when drugs have been used 😯
