Best Answeri need that push also. just starting out and barely get my 10000 steps in. time is not on my side as it is hard to find the strength and willpower to exert the little energy i have and really dont know where to begin....
Best AnswerEven one step is more then you did the last time you took a step. One step at a time. It is better then none at all. Think positive !!!! I could barely walk a quater mile about 3 months ago and I just finished my first 5K and finished 6th out of 48 women. Determination. Set a realistic goal for yourself and do it. Best AnswerHEY so glad I got a couple of responses, for me its not easy without accountability. so I want to create relationships with supportive people. I have tried to succeed on my own but found that I keep falling off of the trail. Add me as a friend and share what your goals are. my goal this year is to lose 50lbs and to eat healthier, I want to be confident and have high self-esteem 🙂
