Hey all! Was wondering if anyone out there does body pump and how they feel it's helped results wise? My PT at Gold's touts it as magic. I was wondering if you guys have liked it and if you've gotten good results from it? I'll be taking my third class this morning!

I belong to my local Gold's and I've done Body Pump, as well as Combat, Vive and Flow. Love, love, love them all! Magic? Well, if you consider working out hard as magic, then yes, I guess it is magic. I can tell you that you will sweat, and you will learn have a love/hate relationship with class! I've gotten excellent results from my classes at Golds. Each class I've taken I've seen different, but amazing result because of. I initially lost 50 lbs, then left Curves and joined Golds. My weight is plateaued completely, I am stuck at a number I don't want to be at (want to lose 30 more), but I am physically in the best shape of my life! I find Pump to be the hardest class, just because I am unsure of the weight I should be using. I am concerned about form, but then tend to use too low a weight. If I push my weights up, I get too sloppy with my form. You will see results. If you keep it up...you will definately see results, but you also will need to change it up with other classes.
