Don't give up!

I got my Fitbit in September 2021, but it wasn't until January 10th of this year that I decided I wanted to lose weight with Fitbit and got into exercising. I did that for several weeks. When February came, I stopped for a bit. However, in the past three weeks, I have picked up exercising again, and I have lost 14 pounds (from Jan, 10 to now)! Though it may seem like nothing is working and you aren't getting anywhere, over time, it makes a difference. (Please believe me because two months ago, I was reading through this forum about people losing so much weight, and I felt discouraged when I wasn't losing any. But it really will make a difference when you keep going!
