I'm planning to start working with a personal trainer today and am kicking off a 12-week weight loss challenge at work. I have a goal to lost 37.6 pounds which is crazy aggressive, but you have to start somewhere! How do I share my Fitbit dashboard / progress with my personal trainer? Anyone have tips on how to make this work well?

Welcome to the community, @FunnyGuy2017 !
Is your trainer a Fitbit user (*)? If so, you can become his/her friend. Once you’re friends, he/she can view a number of stats and graphs from your profile, depending on your privacy settings.
As to whether losing an average of 3 pounds per week would be realistic/sustainable (or "crazy aggressive", as you put it), it depends to a large extent on your starting weight. A common recommendation is to lose no more than 1% of your body weight per week. If you’re currently 300 lbs or more, 3 pounds would still fit the bill, but it you weigh a lot less than that, it may not be an optimal goal.
(*) PS: you don’t need to own a Fitbit tracker in order to have a Fitbit account, anyone can create an account for free.

Thx...I'll ask if they have a Fitbit account. I seem to recall that sharing with friends only shares some summary data and I was thinking of tracking all of my meals and workout details. Maybe the best thing to do is to just share my username/password with them. Seems sub-optimal. A better solution would be "personal trainer" mode or even an export.
Sadly, I'm at 222.6 pounds for the start of my weight loss competition so 3 lbs/week is not far off from 1%.

Did you find a solution? I’m wanting to do something similar. I’d like for them to have full access to my nutrition logs.
