Down 80lbs!

I just wanted to take a moment and share my story. February 2012 I started on a journey to lose a bunch of weight. I was eating better, working out almost everyday drinking lots of water and the weight was coming off very quickly to start. By June I was down 60lbs and never felt better in my life. Almost 2 years later I am down 80lbs. I fell off the band wagon a few times but never gained. I am hard at work again and that is a big thanks to my FORCE... and also my amazing boyfriend for getting it for me for christmas. My body has changed considerably and it has become a bit more difficult to lose the pounds. I am lifting more weights then I use to be. Even though the scale moves less... my body is changing and I can see it and feel it. Squats have become my best friend and when the weather is nice I do try and get out and run. I love my fit bit because I m always pushing to hit that number, that calorie goal, climb those stairs :). I sleep better, I am much more confident, kind and energetic. It is worth the work my friends.. you will get there!!! I promise 🙂 Tell me your story, ask me questions and I will do my best to answer !! I look forward to using my new force on my journy to being down 100lbs!!

Congratulations! I fell off the band wagon and am now struggling to get back to a routine. Need all the motivation I can get. Please make me a friend. Thanks! :))

@runnergirl318 All stories are sensational!! do not sell yourself short! I think it is totally inspiring that you run. That is one area of fitness that I do struggle with, but one of my goals.
