Fat burning zone

Hi, I am in fat burning zone on average 8 hours a day with 4000 steps only. Is that normal?

8 hours does sound high. Has it been so consistently ever since you your Fitbit (presumably in April 2019, since that’s when your account was created)? What is your average resting heart rate? Does perceived exhaustion match the HR reported by your Fitbit?

Maybe some more information would be good. What do you do all day? Steps aren't everything. You can have an increased heart rate from many things.

How many calories are you burning?

I don't know what kind of medicare you have but it couldn't hurt to see your doctor to do some blood tests and check your blood pressure or you can check blood pressure at a grocery store pharmacy or other place using their machines.

You might need bp medication.

Barring that just start exercising more, starting slowly with walking and try to get your resting hr down .

It seems to be about 80 from the charts.

You'd be surprised how fast it can drop once you get the old heart pumping and blood flowing.

Check your cardio fitness in the Fitbit app  occasionally.

Go out after work,do a little stretching and start walking  every night. Start slowly and work your way up in distance and rate.

Just my opinion.

Your resting HR is on the higher side of the normal range. Depending on your age, your "fat burning" HR zone may be low enough that you hit it while doing low intensity activities, like merely standing, talking etc.

Resting HR is to some extent affected by genetics, but as @Bill_k said, it can be lowered by starting to exercise. Your daily HR curves look pretty flat to me. Try to add some higher intensity activity during your day so as to bring some orange and red colour into your HR curves.
