Hi there I'm new to this. I've got a fitbit blaze and fitbit scales. I'm hoping to lose a stone before September. I've been logging my foods and since days says over budget and some say in the range . Does in the range mean I'll be in target to lose weight? If its under budget does that mean I'll lose weight quicker? I've got limited mobility due to health reasons. Thanks

Hello @Kellyann2582 and a warm welcome. I'm sorry that I cannot answer your questions. But I believe you are more likely to get help from the Manage Weight Lifestyle Forum. I am moving your thread to that forum. I think you will get advice sooner.

This is what the "in the zone" message means during the day:
If you are looking at past days, "in the range" means you're within +/- 50 calories of your target for the day. If you have a weight loss target and a calorie deficit set, that's based on Fitbit's estimate of your calories burned minus that deficit.
It will take a few weeks of carefully logging weight and food to see how accurate Fitbit's calorie burn estimate is.
