Fitness Program/Challenge Reccomendations

Hello, I'm trying to 'revamp' my workouts because I'm having some issues with my eating and what not. But I'm looking for some challenge or program reccomendations.

You should try Freeletics. It is very effective but also very challenging.

 

 

Charge HR->Charge 2->Ionic->Versa 2->Sense

Any of the Les Mills Bodypump, Bodyattack & Bodystep programs will challenge your whole body. I use one of those programs at least 3 times a week because it targets all areas and each program is a little different.
