Getting Back on track

I was doing awesome from when I got the Fitbit in June until the time change made it impossible to walk before and after work( dark, no sidewalks, or streetlights, but coyotes, bears, moose and some fast cars on a narrow road)  i got stuck and just slid gaining back 8 of the 30 lbs i had lost.   I have refocused and now go down to the gym at work and I at least get in 2 miles on the treadmill.  Being able to get in my 11500 + steps a day was my focus and the key to my success.  I am only on day 2 of being back on track, I am trying to do the best i can.  I still park as far away as I can 450 steps but i know that when it is snowing and sleeting it won't be desireable or safe.

Any other ideas on getting in more steps? I make as many trips as I can at work, always take the stairs.

Have you ever tried Leslie Sansone Walk at home?

You can check her out on Youtube. I always use her when the weather doesn't permit me to go outside
