I've gained almost 50lbs I need advice on how to loose some weight I'm now 143lbs and was less then 110lbs not even a year ago. I'm depressed, sad,self conscious, and worn out alot I'm needing something to help me track my food/water intake and coach me kinda more or less. And has a fit bit u don't need? No trackers plz just watches I found one for $122 on walmart.com I wish I wish ... what do you all do
