Do you weigh weekly or daily? I weigh daily and as frustrating as it is sometimes, it shows me that weight fluctuates, daily, sometimes multiple pounds per day.
Make sure you're tracking your calories in vs. calories out and you will lose. It's biology. If you're taking in few calories than you are expending, you have to lose ... eventually. 🙂

There is no way to give an accurate answer unfortunately without knowing a lot more information about your circumstance. Were you an avid exerciser before you started this training 6x per week? What kind of training are you doing? Cardio? Weight Lifting? Both? When you exercise and stress your muscles your body will actually hold on to water to repair them, thus seeing a spike in weight due to increased water. I have found after I increase my workouts (even cardio - i.e. run a minute/mile faster or add 1+ miles to the distance) that my weigh in for that week does not show a significant decrease. However, after my body has become used to the new stressors I place on it the weight sheds.
I might suggest you take it easy for your next week, maybe go down to 3x per week (a rest day between workouts) and see if that drops the weight (the # showing on your scale). You could also invest in a sewing tape measure and keep track of your measurements such as neck/chest/stomach/waist/thighs. I have also found even if I don't lose that much on the scale my measurements continue to drop so I keep plugging along.

I am doing a combination of cardio and weights. 3 days weight and one day only cardio ( 60 min) then three days weights and one day only cardio and then one day off. I am also doing 40 minutes of cardio on the weight days. Thanks for your advice

It happens - I recently added some extra time/classes to my workout schedule and gained 5lbs. Its just fluid and will go away soon.

+1 on the advice for the tape measure. there's been many times where i didn't lose much (or any) weight, but the tape measure showed the real story.
you could also adjust what you are eating, but that's a whole different conversation.
