HELP ME 2015

Hey everyone,
Ive been trying to loose weight and i have lost weight, but then i gain it all back. At my lowest i was 110, and now im 137lbs and my highest was 146lbs. Im only 17 and im 5ft 4inches this is to much weight, i need someone to make me accountable, someone who can truly be there and help me with this. Someone that i can count on and motivate me. I want to make a promise to do this for real and stop gaining the weight back. I am desperate. I want to lose weight today. For anyone that truly is going to legit annoy the fk outa me to keep up with my goals, remind me, and basically harass me, please friend me and message me. I really really need this. I know it sounds crazy but they say your more likely to loose weight with a friend. And imso sick of the way i look. Thanks for reading and someone please just help. 🙂

Ok, I'm going to talk to you like a friend and a mother. First don't get down on yourself, losing weight doesn't happen overnight. I've had a weight battle all my life, I was 16 and weighed 166 lbs. and I am only 5'2" tall. I started my first weight loss journey by taking up bike riding. I was on my bike every free minute, next was eating well. Look at what you eat and when, in the morning eat something light that will get your stomach working, have a yogurt, an hour later eat something more substantial that will hold you until lunch. Eat a good cereal, no donuts or bagels. Try to track your food as much as possible, also try to cut out any soda. Don't go for any fad diets, they don't work. Another thing is think about when you weigh yourself, in the morning is best after your body has rested for the day, also remember that your body goes through a bunch of stuff during the month and you may be 1 pound heavier today because of water gain. Also, and I went through this recently. If the scale doesn't move it's because you are trading fat for lean muscle. For every pound of fat you lose you will have gained lean muscle. Measure yourself and see how many inches you have lost. Weigh yourself only once a week. Believe in yourself. You can do it.

I used the phrase that my weight loss was a journey, it is. You can not lose it overnight, it takes time and you will appreciate it when you have reached the end of your journey. Enjoy the trip, you never know what you will learn along the way.
