Happy New Year, All ! Looking forward to renewed commitment to fitness in 2014. I'm seriously aiming for 10,000 steps a day, which is challenging for me, desk job and all. If I have to march in place for an hour before bed to make it, I will!

Happy New Year to all!!!! I am actually not starting any new fitness goals but continuing and learning. Started a 5:2 diet on monday and working out to get fit and healthy....I work with disabled people and it had made me much more thankful to have everything working and healthy! We need to remember that at all times our lives are a gift and our health is what we give back!!!Have a great 2014

My New Year's resolution is first to blend my new Fitbit Force into my exercise regimen. It has so many variables it will be challenge to master. My second is to incorporate a lifestyle change in my diet i.e. restricting carbs in a more meaningful way. God Bless and Happy New Year
