It is telling you that CAN consume more calories, it isn't telling you that you Must consume more calories. I always have left over calories at the end of the day, and I don't worry about it - when I get up the next morning, I just Break-Fast and eat some food.

It's a good question! There are people on here with serious opinions about that zone. I don't have one.
I think it's great if you don't eat at night, though. There's supposedly a connection between eating too close to bedtime and acid reflux. It's good to be upright while digesting.
