I am the exact same weight as I was when I got my Flex 3 1/2 months ago!
How about you?
I'm hoping with Spring here and Summer around the corner, that my walking will increase.

Keto diet? No. I have specifically avoided any particular diets. But some of what I choose to eat is indeed keto, especially bread type items. I use zero carb tortillas for sandwiches or wraps, I use carbquik for baked items.

I can relate to that! I didn’t see much change on the scale at first either, but I’ve realized that weight isn’t always the best indicator of progress. I’ve been focusing more on how I feel, the energy I have, and the muscle tone I’ve gained. Since I started working out regularly and adding treatment like HGH therapy (I have a deficiency) into the mix, I’ve seen some amazing results in my strength and recovery, even if the weight hasn’t shifted much. Keep going—sometimes the changes are happening even if the scale doesn’t show it! Here's a link if you're curious about HGH therapy results

Hi! I can relate — it’s frustrating when the scale doesn’t budge even though you’re walking more. One thing that helps me stay motivated is keeping track of small wins and making sure my health and activity are supported holistically.I recently read this article about corporate wellness and found some tips on staying active, managing stress, and keeping energy up during busy days. Even if it’s not at work, some of the advice works for home routines and daily walks.Small consistent steps really do make a difference — keep going, Spring and Summer are perfect for getting those extra steps in!
