How can I track my monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats

Tracking healthy fats and making sure they are in your diet seems important for loosing weight. My trainer and nutritionalist both are concerned about me tracking these. Unfortunately the current version has no input fields for these. I'm hoping others will vote to add this to an app update.

You may want to check out some of the third-party sites that integrate with Fitbit.  I personally use www.myfitnesspal.com (MFP) which can track poly/mono unsaturated fats (here is a screen shot of a report you can run through MFP):

I haven't used other sites like www.loseit.com but I assume they can do many of the same things.  What I like about MFP is the cost (free), easy to use iOS app with barcode scanner, and integration with Fitbit to bring in all your food.  Best of luck.

Assuming you can get it to sync/integrate with Fitbit. I love the detailed nutrition analysis, hate that I have yet to get it to sync with the Fitbit.
